Refund and Returns Policy

We aim for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below:

1. Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

• Due to hygiene reasons, opened personal care items cannot be returned.

2. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after product inspection.

• Refunds are issued via the original payment method only.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
